It makes me very happy when clients bring me pieces like this to revive. While I won’t be putting moss back in, as you see coming out, this lovely Egyptian Roman Revival settee will get a new life with horsehair and cotton!

New, FOR SALE, in the SHOP. Completely restored, with all new padding, in a really nice @clarencehouse velvet, these Edward Wormley Janus chairs from Dunbar (1950s) are super comfy and very stylish. I had the walnut show wood refinished for you, too!

The outside backs on these classic chairs are completely hand stitched in order to preserve the single welt look that was on them originally. May seem like a tedious task but for me, it’s a calming experience!

Draft of button tufting for this lovely little Dunbar chair. I like to do them up in muslin first so that I can get the pleats just right. Then the cover fabric goes on beautifully.
